The tiny island of Marina Cay

On the last day of Ben’s parents stay in Tortola, we sailed a ferry over to the tiny island of Marina Cay.

Marina Cay is the smallest island with basically only a hotel and Pussers restaurant. I don’t even think its longer or wider than a kilometer! I googled it and its actually only 8 acres . The island is sheltered by the main island Tortola, which leaves the beaches calm and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, having a couple of pints at the bar and enjoy a Caribbean meal. That is exactly what we did!
Pusser's Restaurant

Sea urchins - oweee!
Yes, those are painkillers!!

Our favourite - yummy conch fritters with mango chutney!

The sun was beginning to set

My mouth is watering while I'm writing this! Ben and I shared this monster - A coconut shell made with dark chocolate, filled with home made vanilla ice cream on a bed of coconut shavings

Sail back on the ferry to Tortola with views of an harvest orange moon.
